How does it work?
Simply enter your vehicle registration number above and supply us with some more details about your vehicle along with your contact details and we will come straight back to you with an "Offer to Purchase and Collect". We always aim to get an offer to you within a couple of hours and we are normally able to collect your vehicle within 24 hours of you accepting an offer.
What happens if I accept the offer?
We will arrange a mutually agreeable time to come to your home and perform a short inspection of the vehicle. As long as the car is as described we will then transfer the funds by Faster Payment service to your bank account. Depending on your bank the payment can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours but rest assured we do not take the vehicle until you have the cleared funds in your account.
How do you pay for my car?
We pay by secure HSBC Faster Payment service for all amounts. This is a same day payments that will credit your account between 15 minutes and 2 hours. Outstanding finance can be settled whether by debit card or by Faster Payment Service depending on the lender. Please note in some cases we can arrange for lower amounts to be paid in cash.
What about my outstanding finance or private registration plate?
Outstanding finance can be settled either by company debit card or by Faster Payment service depending on the lender in questions and their preferred method of settlement. If you owe more than the offer we can still settle your outstanding finance but the negative amount would need to be settled on the day by any means of cleared payment. If you have a private plate we can normally put this onto retention for you. Our member of staff would have all the necessary forms to facilitate this *Normal DVLA fees apply.
What if my car is damaged?
As long as you advise us of all damage to the vehicle beforehand it will not be a problem. We understand cars pick up chips and slight scratches over their life time but please disclose anything you know about to our team when we call you. If your vehicle has ever had any paint work or impact damage it is very important that you let us know as soon as possible to avoid any offer recalculations on collection.
